On July 17th, the Italian Embassy in Addis Ababa, in collaboration with ITA Addis Ababa, Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo, Centro Studi Confindustria, and Bonelli Erede, hosted a high-level economic forum titled “Unveiling Italy’s Economic Potential 2025.” The event took place at the Italian Cultural Institute and brought together stakeholders to explore opportunities for deeper collaboration between Ethiopia and Italy.
As part of promoting Italian investment, seized the opportunity to showcase Zonin, a premier Italian wine brand imported by NHY Import Export. This initiative highlights one of Italy’s finest investments and exports, reinforcing our commitment to promoting excellence in Italian products and fostering cultural exchange
through gastronomy.
The forum highlighted Italy’s recent developments in various sectors, emphasizing its strengths in digital transformation, industrial innovation, and infrastructure. With a focus on foreign investment, the forum served as a platform for networking and fostering potential for international partnerships.
Italy remains dedicated to enhancing investments in Ethiopia, particularly in areas such as agriculture, sustainable development, and renewable energy, which underscore Italy’s increased interest in RSM initiatives as a strategic partner for long-term growth.
This forum marked a significant step forward in strengthening Italy-Ethiopia collaboration.
