World Voice and Arts Association Ethiopia (WVAAE) is a non-profit organisation created in 2019 by a group of experienced educators and artists. Through multiple programs and partnerships, WVAAE now works hand in hand to inspire, empower, and transform learning in Ethiopia.
We have a number of programs including training teachers and students in innovative teaching methods, utilizing music, visual arts, storytelling, and digital technology to enrich learning experiences and enhance educational outcomes.
We also work to bridge the digital divide by promoting digital literacy, providing access to ICT resources, and integrating technology into education and development initiatives. Through partnerships and grassroots initiatives, we extend our impact beyond classrooms, reaching marginalized communities and fostering inclusive development.
We also conduct research and advocate for policies that support creative and digital education, ensuring long-term and sustainable change.
Our mission is to enhance education through creative approaches by leveraging the power of arts, music, storytelling and technology. We aim to bridge the digital divide and empower educators and learners by integrating digital literacy, e-learning resources, and innovative teaching methods into traditional and non-traditional learning spaces.
