The benefits of the rosemary herb

Rosemary is one of the aromatic and warming herbs. It is used daily for culinary, medicinal purposes and plays a crucial role as an active ingredient in skincare products. It benefits from moisturizing skin to maintaining collagen development and fighting free-radicals with the powerful ingredient found in their little leaves. It helps keeping the skin elasticity as we age. It can be used as an essential oil, and rosemary leaves can be enjoyed both fresh and dried. From my experience, I use Rosemary as a tea, as an astringent and herbal steam which gives so much relaxation and improves the health of my skin.


How to use: Dilute rosemary oil with water and use it as a natural astringent to help fight acne and to protect the skin from ultraviolet (UV) light. Massaging the oil into the scalp also promotes faster hair growth and treats dandruff. Rosemary oil can be added to a cleanser to boost circulation and rejuvenate the skin.
