On 24 March 2026, the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs hosted an elegant evening at the new Marriott Steakhouse in Sheraton Addis, celebrating fine dining, friendship, and exceptional hospitality.


Bailli Délégué Otto Kurzendorfer opened the event with welcoming remarks, setting a warm tone for the night. Under the guidance of Conseiller Culinaire Matthias Widor, the Sheraton Addis culinary team delivered an impressive menu that showcased creativity and precision.

Guests enjoyed a refined Trio of Starters, followed by a perfectly executed Classic French Onion Soup. A refreshing mango sorbet with champagne cleansed the palate before the highlight of the evening, an exquisite Surf & Turf, beautifully prepared and presented. The experience concluded with a delicate strawberry cheesecake.

Wine and champagne flowed throughout the evening as guests shared conversation and celebration in a vibrant atmosphere. Ambassador Henok Teferra Shawel expressed appreciation for the remarkable effort behind the event.

The evening concluded with recognition of the chefs and service teams, who were honored with certificates for their outstanding contribution.
